All orders placed with Peony Print Room will be subject to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

Please note that you are required to have read, understood and accepted all the terms, as once an order is placed it will be subject to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Proofs & Printing

All quotations include a digital PDF proof, which will require review and acceptance.  Amendments are acceptable and two rounds are included in the quoted price.  Any additional rounds of amendments will incur a nominal fee of £10 each.  Printed samples are available for the same price as the quoted product.

All stationery is printed on high quality and environmentally friendly card stock.  As there are many different types of papers and card stock it should be noted that the colours seen on the digital proof are generally brighter to the printed colour, this is due mainly to computers and mobile phones using  red, green and blue light to display colour, whereas printers use cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink to print colour.  This is why the same colour will often look slightly different on paper than on the screen.

Peony Print Room will not be responsible for any element of proof reading designs and shall not take responsibility for any errors.  Each order placed shall be subject to final design approval by the purchaser and will include checking for punctuation, grammar, spelling, layout, fonts, graphics and overall size.   It is recommended that the submitted PDF proofs are printed to enable a visual check as any errors found after approval will be subject to re-printing costs.

Payment

All quotations will be issued in line with the agreed specifications and requirements, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Upon order placement a deposit will be required of 50% of the entire order value, this is required before design takes place and will confirm the booking.  Unfortunately, no guarantees can be made until payment of the deposit has been received. This deposit will become non-refundable once the design has commenced.

The remainder of the order value (final 50%) will become payable as soon as the final design has been agreed and before the order is ready to be printed.  Should you wish to cancel your order during the design stage payment of the remaining balance will not be required.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the order matches exactly with your requirements. Any errors discovered on orders which have already been printed will incur a reprint charge – refer to proofs and printing.

 Orders will only be shipped after receipt of the final balance.

Delivery & Returns

All orders will be despatched via the Royal Mail track and trace system.  A signature will be required upon delivery to the given address.  Delivery costs will be included within the quotation.

Peony Print Room cannot take any responsibility for any delivery issues caused by the purchaser, including any incorrect shipping information, deliveries signed for by others or any item claimed to have been left in a safe place.

Every effort will be made to communicate deliveries prior to sending but it remains  the purchasers  responsibility to ensure someone is present at the agreed location on the specified date to accept and sign for the order.

As all stationery created is personalised, all stationery items and invitations are non-refundable. Your deposit is non-refundable. Once you have approved the artwork and paid the balance, the sale becomes final. I cannot accept returns due to any errors,

All designs, illustrations and photographs are the property and copyright of Peony Print Room.  Neither you, nor any third party are permitted to copy, reproduce or in any way replicate any or part of the design without permission.

Peony Print Room reserves the right to use any completed designs as promotional material through wedding fayre’s, social media channels or printed press.  All personal details provided shall remain confidential at all times.
